Position:

E-commerce & Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog optimization on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Meesho, JioMart, and Instamart.
  • Monitor stock, sales performance, and visibility across all marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage promotional offers, campaigns, and discounts to increase product visibility and conversions.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns and advertisements.
  • Support creative content planning for social media, reels, and product showcases.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify patterns, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend actionable strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Trend & Performance Analysis

  • Stay updated with the latest E-commerce marketing trends and apply best practices for brand growth.
  • Conduct market research to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
  • Suggest creative campaign ideas aligned with platform algorithms and consumer demand.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and other E-commerce portals.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, data analytics, and online ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual.
