E-commerce Account Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Office Only

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 3 Years minimum

Job Description:

We are looking for an E-commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of online marketplaces and be eager to learn and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
  • Create and manage product listings (single & bulk uploads)
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images
  • Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and cancellations
  • Manage pricing, offers, and promotions
  • Respond to customer queries and platform tickets
  • Monitor account health and sales performance
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
  • Good computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Internet usage)
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior e-commerce or online marketplace experience
  • Knowledge of GST, invoicing, or cataloging tools

Salary:

25000
