Requirements

• SHE: comply with ENVALIOR SHE requirements and Indian legislations;
• Responsible for the full implementation of procedure and process;
• Responsible for maintain/register process parameter data in log books;
• Responsible for register scrap data in his shift;
• Responsible for the house keeping/ 5 S activities of his/ her resp. working area;
• Responsible for the Line(s) grade change-over activities;
• Responsible for the emergency response and immediate report to shift engineer.
• Responsible for complete, clear and right production report and daily work report;
• Responsible for the smooth production on his Line by monitoring the parameters
• Responsible for preparing notification for detected malfunctions

The Ideal Candidate:

• ITI Passed 2-3 yrs exp./ 12th standard with PCM subjects minimum 55% mark
• Experience in Polymer industry with extruder is preferred
• Be good at equipment operation of his line
• Able to shift work and ready for overtime work;
• Good team-work and communication skills;
• Basic knowledge about computer operation
