Cost Monitoring of Consumables/ Manpower, Review of spare management & Preventive maintenance of Paint Shop, Review of projects on improvement of operational efficiency

Core Responsibility 4:

Review of 5S, Safety , Kaizen, Review & upgradation of system & Risk Management, Weekly MIS, Monthly MIS, Consumable change approval system

Core Responsibility 5:

Ensuring SAP activity through in production module, Monthly counselling session with Worker & Associates, Upgradation & enhance the skill of Section Heads
