We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a proven track record in implementing RPA solutions across various business functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of process automation.

Key Analysis & Process Optimization:

  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies for RPA implementation.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments.

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and RPA developers.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand automation needs.
  • Work with third-party vendors and technology partners for RPA solution implementation.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.

Technical & Functional Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation

Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.

  • Understanding of process mining, AI-driven automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a focus on RPA technologies.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation

Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Certification in RPA tools, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
