We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, have a sharp eye for detail, and be able to handle end-to-end campaign execution and relationship management with both brands and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from influencer shortlisting to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with influencers/creators for briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns with adherence to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Track deliverables and monitor live campaigns to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Influencer & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients for day-to-day campaign updates.
  • Address campaign-related queries, challenges, and escalations promptly and effectively.

Strategy & Insights

  • Support the strategy team in curating influencer lists as per brand requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing innovations.
  • Provide campaign insights, data-driven reports, and performance analysis post-campaign.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments like Planning, Pricing, and Strategy for smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand message alignment.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare post-campaign reports with detailed metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Evaluate influencer performance across KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to improve future campaigns.
