Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Associate
to support our growth in the
USA /UK market
. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations of affiliate and influencer programs, identifying new partners, and coordinating campaigns that drive awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing affiliate and influencer campaigns targeted at the USA region.
  • Research and onboard affiliates, publishers, and influencers aligned with BellaVita Organic's brand ethos.
  • Manage communication, contracts, and payouts for influencers and affiliates.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other US-based platforms.
  • Track, monitor, and report performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on influencer and affiliate marketing trends in the US beauty and personal care space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital marketing
    (experience with the USA market preferred).
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, etc.) and influencer tools (AspireIQ, Grin, Upfluence).
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Interest in
    beauty, personal care, and D2C brands
    is a plus.
