We cater to major clients in sectors such as heavy engineering, automotive, and 3C electronics, with an expanding product portfolio covering VTLs, HMCs, Gantry Machines, and Special Grinding Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and business development of CNC machines (VTL, HMC, Gantry, and Special Purpose Grinding Machines) in assigned regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in 3C (Computers, Communication, Consumer Electronics) and precision machining industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and end users.
  • Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Coordinate with the application and service teams for project follow-up, offer submission, and order execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and collection goals within the region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CNC machine tool sales (preferably VTL, HMC, Gantry, and Grinding strong customer base .
  • Exposure to electronics manufacturing or 3C industry is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of machine tool specifications, machining processes, and tooling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region.

Work Locations:

  • Bangalore – covering Karnataka
  • Pune – covering Maharashtra, Hyderabad
  • Coimbatore – covering Coimbatore , Madurai etc
