Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Associate, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical insights about elevators, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and maintaining a comprehensive database of leads and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets
  • Experience in customer relationship management and a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of vertical transportation or technical sales is a plus
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the elevator industry or technical sales is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Greater Bengaluru Area and local markets is preferred
