  • Vendor & Client Billing: Manage end-to-end vendor and client billing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Quantity Surveying & Cost Management: Handle budget estimation, quantity take-off, and cost control to ensure project profitability.
  • Contracts & Documentation: Prepare work orders, manage documentation, and oversee payment processing.
  • Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for non-tendered and new items for approval and execution.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (for measurement verification).
  • Thorough understanding of BOQ preparation, billing procedures, and contract terms.
  • Familiarity with F&B/Retail fit-out projects preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
