Job Description :-

  • Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to verify work progress and its alignment with billing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all billing and estimation activities, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to clarify billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies and ensure mutual agreement on financial terms.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant billing and estimation software tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling financial calculations and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and project teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Prior experience in highway and road construction projects

Job Type: Full-time
