Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage client billing, subcontractor/vendor bills, and quantity verification. The role involves close coordination with project teams, accurate documentation, and ensuring timely submission of bills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process client bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
  • Verify quantities and measurements as per BOQ, drawings, and site execution.
  • Maintain billing records, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents.
  • Track project progress, variations, and work order amendments.
  • Coordinate with site and accounts teams for RA Bills and final settlements.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and MIS reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings & contracts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–7 years of relevant experience in billing and contracts within construction/infrastructure/real estate.
