Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Preference: Candidates with prior experience in CA Firms

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Accounts Finalization
  • Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account.
  • Ensuring accuracy of routine accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining ledgers, trial balance, and daily accounts.
  • Income Tax
  • Handling Income Tax compliances for companies, partnership firms, and individuals.
  • Filing of IT returns, managing tax audits, and responding to notices.
  • Strong understanding of Income Tax laws & provisions.
  • TDS & Statutory Deductions
  • Computation, deduction, and deposit of TDS.
  • Preparation and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
  • Handling government statutory compliances and issuing TDS certificates.
  • GST Filing & Compliance
  • Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
  • Managing input tax credit (ITC) reconciliations.
  • Handling GST audits, notices, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in CA firms / audit firms.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST laws.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,729.49 per month
