Job Description: Senior Accounts Executive

**Location:** Bandra

**Experience:** 2–5 Years

**Salary:** Up to ₹45k per month (based on experience & skills)

**Industry:** Hospitality / Services

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

· Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

· Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and monthly/quarterly closing of accounts.

· Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

· Support annual audits and coordinate with internal/statutory auditors.

· Monitor outstanding dues and follow up with clients/vendors for timely settlement.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
