Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with prior experience in the hospitality/restaurant/hotel sector. The role involves supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and day-to-day HR coordination across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions (FOH, BOH, chefs, captains, stewards, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews, trials, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
• Handle attendance, weekly offs, shift scheduling, and leave management
• Support statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, labor laws, etc.)
• Coordinate new joiner induction and orientation
• Assist in payroll inputs and maintain salary-related data
• Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when required
• Support HR audits, disciplinary procedures, and policy compliance
• Coordinate with outlet managers and HR team for smooth operations
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and daily follow-ups
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 0.6 to 1 years of HR experience (hospitality industry preferred)
• Good understanding of recruitment, documentation, and attendance processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle field visits and multi-location coordination if required
