Job Overview

Accure Medical Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Noida headquarters. This is a full-time, junior-level position for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

Function: Product Demonstrations, User Training, Sales Support, Service Support

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Promote exclusive medical device products through frequent dealer and customer visits to enhance market penetration.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and application support, ensuring seamless sales follow-ups with regional managers.
  • Collaborate with regional managers- Sales for product launches by analysing market needs, potential, and competitor products.
  • Represent the company at regional and national conferences for product launches and industry exhibitions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely product installation and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while building strong relationships with dealers and end-users.
  • Provide sales, troubleshooting, and maintenance training to dealer staff and end-users.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, product sales, and service history.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance product usability and address user challenges effectively.
  • Communicate with internal divisions to resolve product complaints and analyze failure trends for quality improvement.
  • Monitor sales stock levels and manage service spare parts inventory to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of medical devices, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in medical devices, product installation, or technical sales & service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effective engagement with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous product improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Work Ethic: Sincere, honest, and hardworking with a proactive approach toward tasks.
  • Basic Understanding of Medical Equipments and medical device technology.
