Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director/Founder. The ideal candidate will manage the MD's calendar, coordinate activities, handle travel arrangements, and ensure smooth day -to -day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining discretion. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Development:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to establish a strong market presence and differentiate the company.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.Marketing Campaigns:Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote properties, projects, and corporate identity.Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and digital content.Plan and oversee events, launches, and exhibitions to enhance brand exposure.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute creative projects.Customer Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through personalized campaigns.Leverage customer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3+ Years experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the real estate industry. Skills:Strong understanding of branding principles and real estate market dynamics.Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
