**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, ads, reels, and brand campaigns.
- Work with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and execute ideas.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background scores to enhance videos.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high visual standards across all outputs.
- Adapt and repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage video assets, archives, and project files systematically.
- Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media content formats and platform requirements.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital storytelling.
