Role Summary

We are looking for an India-based Global Technology Equity Research Analyst to join Angel One Investment Managers. This role requires deep sector knowledge and strong financial acumen to cover global technology stocks across various sub-sectors. As an integral part of the team, you will perform detailed analysis and research to support investment strategies, providing insights into the global technology landscape from India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent financial modeling skills, and a strong understanding of global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Equity Research & Financial Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive research on global technology companies, covering sectors such as software, hardware, semiconductors, AI, cloud computing, e-commerce, and cybersecurity.

Build detailed financial models, analyze financial statements, and forecast earnings, cash flows, and key financial metrics for companies under coverage.

Evaluate industry trends, technological innovations, and competitive dynamics to identify long-term and short-term investment opportunities.

Investment Recommendations:

Provide well-reasoned investment recommendations (buy, hold, sell) backed by in-depth analysis of global tech companies.

Write research reports, industry updates, and thematic investment notes for institutional clients and internal stakeholders.Monitor market developments, earnings reports, regulatory changes, and other factors influencing the global tech sector.

Experience:

Experience in equity research, ideally with exposure to global markets or technology sectors
