Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder based in Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for a part of the time. As a Co-Founder, you will drive the strategic growth and vision of i-Solarlite, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with team members to achieve the company's mission. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, leading sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, fostering partnerships, and contributing to product innovation and research. The Co-Founder will also represent the brand and play a pivotal role in expanding its positive impact.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, lead teams, and present ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Experience in conducting market research and exploring innovative opportunities
  • Ability to function as a proactive and visionary leader
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
