About the Founder

Serial entrepreneur with proven track record building and scaling digital ventures. Previously built Spexy (AR eyewear platform working with Ray-ban, Titan Eye,
exited to Pepe Jeans
), SmartSIP (India's first Phygital MF app, 200K+ users), and scaled businesses from launch to IPO at HomeFirst ($1.1B AUM).

The Role

Seeking
hands-on Tech Co-founder/CTO
to lead technical vision and scaling of our validated platform. Join us in the next growth phase - taking a product with proven market fit to millions of users.

What You'll Own

Technical Leadership

• Own and scale our full-stack app (
  React + + MongoDB
  )
• Design and maintain a solid architecture (performance, security, reliability)
• Enhance and optimize the
  ChatAstro AI engine
  (LLMs + Vedic APIs)
• Set up and improve cloud deployment & DevOps (AWS / Docker / CI/CD)

Product & Growth – Execution

• Translate user feedback & our product vision into shipped features
• Lead the
  execution side
  of B2C growth (funnels, experiments, analytics)
• Scale APIs, infra and real-time chat (WebSockets / )
• Work with the founder to prioritise roadmap, test ideas and double down on what works

Business & Team

• Take a
  significant equity stake
  as co-founder (negotiable)
• Build and lead the engineering team over time
• Play a core role in shaping product, culture and long-term tech strategy

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience building and scaling B2C apps to meaningful user scale
  (fast growth / high active users)
• Strong
  full-stack
  skills: React, , MongoDB, Express
• AI / LLM
  experience (OpenAI, Claude or similar)
• Solid
  system design & architecture
  for scalable consumer apps
• API integrations
  (REST, webhooks, third-party APIs)
• Web & mobile experience (React Native or similar)
• Hands-on coder who loves building from
  0 → 1 → 100
• Consumer product mindset – you care about UX, metrics & growth

Preferred Experience

• Real-time chat systems (WebSockets, )
• Payment integration (Razorpay/Stripe)
• Cloud deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)
• Mobile development (React Native)
• AI/LLM expertise (Prompt engineering, Fine-tuning, AI agent creation, Output optimization etc)
