Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna. The Job Title will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which may include customer service, loan processing, collections, and maintaining customer records. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offering suitable financial products and solutions. The Job Title will also be expected to coordinate with other team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
