Job Title: Corporate Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

**1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications strategy for all properties.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, design, and positioning across print, digital, and on-ground channels.
  • Manage brand guidelines and coordinate with internal and external creative partners.

    2. Digital Marketing & Performance

- Lead digital campaigns across social media, Google, and OTAs to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Track campaign ROI, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize results.

3. Public Relations & Media Management**

**- Build and manage relationships with media, PR agencies, and tourism boards.
- Plan press releases, media coverage, and PR events for launches and partnerships.
- Handle crisis communication in coordination with senior leadership.
**4. Property Marketing Support**

**- Work with individual hotel teams to design local marketing campaigns and event promotions.
- Oversee brand collaterals, signage, and in\-house communication materials.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for brand storytelling.
**5. Strategic Partnerships & Events**

**- Identify and execute collaborations with brands, influencers, and travel partners.
- Lead marketing initiatives for pre\-opening hotels and special launches.
- Plan and execute group\-level events, festivals, and destination promotions.
**6. Budgeting & Reporting**

**- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
Present monthly performance dashboards and campaign analysis to leadership.
Ensure marketing spend is aligned with business goals and ROI objectives.

Requirements **Key Competencies:
Strategic thinker with creative execution ability
Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, digital trends, and brand storytelling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across locations
Strong vendor, agency, and stakeholder management
**Qualification & Experience:**

**- MBA \/ Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management
Minimum **8\12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors**
**Proven success in **multi\-property or group\-level marketing roles****
****Experience in **digital marketing, brand management, and pre\-opening campaigns preferred**
