Hey All we are #hiring for the Hyderabad, Telangana Location.

Job Purpose

To lead and manage financial operations related to online sales across e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.), ensuring accurate reconciliation, receivables tracking, timely

settlements, and strategic coordination with internal teams and external partners for optimized

financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Online Sales Reconciliation & Receivables

 Oversee reconciliation of online sales transactions with payment gateways and bank

statements.

 Supervise receivables tracking and collection from B2B partners and marketplaces.

 Resolve discrepancies with platform partners and ensure timely settlements.

 Monitor credit terms and collections from bulk/corporate buyers.

  1. Financial Reporting & Strategic Analysis

 Payable and receivable preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management

review.

 Maintain and analyze collection summaries across platforms.

 Report and resolve variances between gross sales and actual income received.

 Prepare and review P&L statements for each platform, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

 Oversee inventory consumption reporting and ensure alignment with sales data.

  1. Operational Oversight & Partner Coordination

 Manage pricing strategies and POS updates across platforms.

 Liaise with marketplace partners to resolve DN/CN issues and ensure smooth reconciliations.

 Coordinate with the GST team for accurate and timely data submission.

  1. Customer & Vendor Payment Management

 Supervise customer refund processes, ensuring SLA adherence and minimal escalations.

 Approve and process payments for platform charges, ads, and logistics.

 Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.

  1. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

 Collaborate with internal accounts and finance teams for monthly closures and audits.

 Act as a point of contact between management and operational teams for e-commerce

finance matters.

 Train and guide junior staff in reconciliation and reporting processes.

Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance

preferred).

 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a

supervisory role.

 Strong understanding of marketplace operations, reconciliation, GST, and financial

reporting.

 Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and platform dashboards (Amazon Seller Central,

Flipkart, etc.).

 Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
