Position: Project Manager (Business Consultant – HR Domain)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (Business Consultant -HR Domain) with 10+ years of experience in Senior HR / HRBP roles. The candidate must be an immediate joiner and willing to travel weekly with out-station stays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR & business consulting solutions to clients
  • Partner with leadership teams on HR strategies
  • Support organizational development & compliance
  • Conduct HR audits & recommend improvements
  • Client-facing advisory role with regular travel

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Senior HR / HRBP role
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Management
  • Age: 35+ (Male candidates preferred)
  • Excellent communication in English & Malayalam (other languages a plus)
  • Immediate joiner & flexible for weekly travel/out-station stays

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (max)
  • Performance-based incentives after 6-month probation
