We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SME Manager

Principal responsibilities

  • Build as well as provide support on all Automation initiatives i.e. new builds & defect management.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance by undertaking code review, functionality review in MVP calls.
  • Acquire good understanding of business process and business applications.
  • Deliver automation solutions in Agile methodology, candidate should be well versed in SDLC.
  • Evaluate existing automations for improvement / optimization & conduct PoCs on new opportunities.
  • Liaise with various Ops SMEs, document business rules and design process flows on BRD.
  • Stakeholder management, escalate issue which may affect milestones.
  • Risk management, to be aware of Data Standards and to be compliant as per HSBC policies.
  • Issue tracking on JIRA and ensure all documentation and sign offs are in place.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in core programming/development in C#, dot net framework in Visual Studio IDE.
  • Experience in working with backend databases and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Should possess excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced MS Excel, VBA, MS Access.
  • Should be well versed with Coding Standards.
  • Good analytical skills and should be a problem solver.
  • Ability to develop end-to-end automation solution for complex business problems using C# primarily.
  • Knowledge of Git or similar collaboration tool is required.
  • Stakeholder Management, working with SMEs, preparing BRDs and transforming business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Good eye for detail & experience in managing huge code modules and data sets.
  • Experience in conducting UAT as well as Defect management by providing Production Support for live Bots.
  • Knowledge of C# automation solutions
  • Data Analytical Skills
