About the Role

We are looking for a 
Clinical Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) Leader
 to work on innovative projects involving 
real-world clinical data
. You will collaborate with engineers, domain experts, and product managers to develop, refine, and implement clinical data standards that ensure 
accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess clinical data to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for standardization.
  • Define and implement quality checks for clinical notes.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to promote standardized practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards (HIPAA, HITECH).

Qualifications

  • MBBS / MD (Pharmacology) / Pharm.D / PhD (Pharmacology) / M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice) or other life sciences qualifications with relevant oncology real-world data experience.
  • Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic regimens in compliance with 
    NCCN
     and 
    ASCO
     guidelines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in clinical data models such as 
    OMOP
     and 
    CDM
    , with experience adapting these standards for different use cases.

Preferred Skills

  • SQL proficiency (basic acceptable; advanced preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability.
