Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Policy Associate. The Policy Associate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing policies, managing projects, preparing written reports, and communicating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks involve developing policy recommendations, attending meetings, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
  • Experience in policy analysis or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field
