Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a B.Tech degree (mandatory) and possess good communication and analytical skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in fiber network design and telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and drafting of Outside Plant (OSP) fiber network layouts.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing AutoCAD drawings, fiber routes, and construction plans.
  • Collect and analyze site survey data to prepare network design documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for design validation and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and quality requirements.
    Learn and apply telecom design tools and software under guidance.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: Fresher (0–2 year).
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of telecom/fiber networks preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or GIS tools is a plus.
