**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented freelance video editor to join our content creation team. The editor will be responsible for editing high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Payment will be made on a per-video basis, and payouts will be processed monthly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, text overlays, and subtitles as needed.
- Optimize video formats and resolutions based on platform requirements (YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Ensure videos align with branding guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
- Work collaboratively to incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Deliver videos within agreed-upon deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or sample work required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to create platform-specific content such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Payment will be made on a per-video basis.
- Total payment will be processed monthly based on the number of videos edited and delivered.
