**Job Title: Freelance/Part-Time Video Editor - Real Estate Firm**

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join us on a freelance or part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the growth of our brand through compelling visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and storyboard concepts.
- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall impact of the videos.
- Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless integration of visual elements.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our video content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing, with examples of real estate-related content preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
