Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at DHANALAKSHMI SRINIVASAN HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Perambalur. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and adherence to quality standards. The General Manager will develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, ensure efficient operations, and maintain the highest level of service. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping, conducting regular staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
