Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes conducting market research, developing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the B2B marketplace or matchmaking platforms is a plus
