Experience:

10+ years in the Food Manufacturing Industry

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (BE/B.Tech)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining the Overall Quality of Potato Chips ,Kurkure, Namkeen , Rusk ,Cookies and Corn Puffed Product

• Absolute adherence to Quality Manual. Quality accuracy with respect to Incoming, IN Process and Finished Products.
• Successfully conducted all kind of Audit documentation related to FSSC, AIB and ISO-22000
• Managed Quality assurance program including on site evaluation, Internal and External audits.
• Ensure Online Hygiene inspection & Plant hygiene/legal system monitoring as per SOP.
• By applying HACCP tools improvement regarding GMP,GHP,FIFO system and plant hygiene efficiently done.
• Training to be conducted for Food Safety, General awareness, SOP etc.
• Handle customer complaints, perform Root Cause analysis and implement corrective action to prevent.
• Ensure all environmental standards and monitoring the deviation for smooth plant operation.
• Ensure all Incoming goods/Raw material/packaging material/process material meet its quality standards by applying different checklist.
• Food safety culture to be develops & implement throughout factory.
• Sensory to be conducted on daily basis before dispatch of product.
• Conducted prerequisite planning for cross contamination of product during production line.
• Maintaining the Efficiency of Oil,Potato,Laminate,Box,Raw Material etc.
• Maintenance of reference standards and controlled (retention) sample.
• Calibration and Validation of all Measuring Equipments as per Frequency.
• Proper Documentation, Implement & Monitoring as per ISO22000:2005 & HACCP certification along with internal audit applying Corrective & Preparation action Plans.
• Ensure Pest Control activity implemented properly.

• Online quality control of packaging EGA, leakage, TPOD of Potato Chips, Moisture content, Fat content, seasoning coverage etc.

• Quality Assurance Management:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Oversee the quality control department, ensuring that all products meet safety and quality standards.

•Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

•Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage audits and inspections.

•Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and develop preventive measures.

•Training and Development:

• Organize training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in food technology.

•Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, inspections, and audits.
