Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior officials or departments, ensuring effective workflow, communication, and documentation management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned departments or officials.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, data summaries, and minutes of meetings.
  • Follow up on departmental tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Support interdepartmental coordination and communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing departmental meetings, training programs, and events.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in handling multiple tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters tactfully.
