We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute civil works related to transformer installations and electrical pole distribution networks. The ideal candidate will ensure structural integrity, compliance with safety standards, and timely completion of site activities in coordination with electrical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil construction activities for transformer yards, pole foundations, and associated infrastructure.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare layout plans, and ensure proper alignment of electrical poles and equipment.
  • Coordinate with electrical engineers to ensure civil works align with technical requirements.
  • Manage excavation, foundation casting, trenching, and cable ducting operations.
  • Monitor subcontractors and labor teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and site documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and utility standards.
  • Assist in resolving site-level issues and provide technical guidance to field teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil works for electrical infrastructure projects (transformers, poles, substations).
  • Familiarity with utility standards and safety protocols in power distribution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site documentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and structural detailing.
