**Job Type**: Full-Time / Permanent
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, **Alternate Saturdays (First and Third Saturday)** off.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:
- Manage and maintain office documents, files, and records.
- Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Ensure all documents are filed accurately and updated regularly.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and responding to official correspondence.
- **Support to Front Office and Team**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- **Processing Orders and Tracking**:
- Assist in processing orders, ensuring that they are accurately tracked and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- **Inventory and Supply Management**:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock is replenished when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of office equipment and materials.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:
- Perform other general office duties, including answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing office calendars.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- **Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to interact professionally.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle issues independently and seek solutions proactively.
- **Time Management**: Efficient in managing time and workload under pressure.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in an office setting (internships or volunteer work) is a plus, but not mandatory.
