1. Office Management & Coordination
- Maintain the office environment, ensure cleanliness, and manage daily operational needs.
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, printing, repair technicians, etc.).
- Manage office supplies inventory (stationery, samples, brochures, catalogues).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism.
2. Project Coordination Support
- Assist designers in preparing project files, documentation, and presentations.
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings—scheduling, reminders, and logistics.
- Maintain project trackers for timelines, materials, quotations, and deliverables.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors for material delivery, sample submissions, and status updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project stages—design, approval, execution, handover.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments (as instructed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
