Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Marketing Executive for our offices in Malappuram and Kozhikode. This is a full-time, junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with existing and potential B2B clients, driving sales, and increasing market penetration in our designated regions. The candidate will be instrumental in furthering our brand reach and developing strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of effective B2B sales experience for at least 1 year, as this is a mandatory skill for this role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to efficiently close deals and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and strategize for better sales performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and engage with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in the English language is expected to ensure smooth interaction with clients and coordination with team members.
  • Experience in telesales to initiate contact, follow-up, and convert leads over the phone efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to market changes quickly and skillfully adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, handling various accounts and leads while maintaining high service quality.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients to maximize retention.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform performance evaluations.
