Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Coimbatore. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, provide information about products, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

Full Hindi and English fluency is required

  • Customer Satisfaction skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
