Job Title: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview

The Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. The role involves coordinating between departments such as design, production, procurement, and software teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of IoT and electronics-based products.


Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with management.

Prepare detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with hardware, software, and production teams to synchronize tasks.

Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain all technical and administrative project documentation.

Prepare daily/weekly project status reports and dashboards.

Document lessons learned and best practices for process improvement.

Team Leadership

Supervise junior engineers, interns, or technicians involved in the project.

Allocate work and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory norms.

Verify that design, testing, and production align with specifications.

Budgeting & Procurement

Estimate project costs and manage budgets efficiently.

Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for material procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹1,593,046.89 per year
