Shift In-charge

Looking the operation and maintenance of Boilers and Utlities.
Looking the o&m of Auxiliaries like ID Fans, FD Fans, PA fans &
SA Fans, Feed water pumps, cooling water pumps, Compressors, Cooling towers,t, Ash handling systems etc.
- Manages and oversees Shift operations of a power plant
- Monitors Operations for efficient and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed
- Safe and smooth startup / shutdown of units
- Manage DC/SG and Availability of Units
- Prepare Daily Generation Report/ MIS
- Emergency handling at station level
- Assist UCE/Desk/Field engineer in operation of the plant
- Leave plan management of team
- Coordination with CHP/AHP/ Maintenance Department
- Monitoring Defect/PM and Availability of Equipment
- Manage Learning and development of team
- Maintaining good housekeeping

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tonk City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
