We're now expanding our social media team and looking for a creative powerhouse to lead content creation and campaigns.

Role Overview

We're looking for a mid-level
Content & Campaign Creator
who understands
storytelling, video content, and marketing strategy
. This role requires someone who can not only create but also
plan and execute campaigns
, bring fresh ideas to the table, and collaborate with our team to amplify the Chamberofgods brand online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
  • Script, shoot, and edit engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Create on-brand visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Marketing & Strategy:
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas aligned with product launches.
  • Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers, influencer managers, and leadership to ensure brand consistency.
  • Execution & Tools:
  • Use tools like
    Excel/Sheets
    for tracking campaigns.
  • Basic
    video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut/Final Cut)
    and knowledge of Canva/Photoshop.
  • Industry Awareness:
  • Stay updated with fitness, supplement, and youth culture trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands.
  • Strong
    on-camera presence
    or ability to direct others to perform naturally.
  • Proficiency in video editing and basic design tools.
  • Creativity to ideate, confidence to execute, and discipline to deliver consistently.
  • Understanding of marketing, audience engagement, and storytelling.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
