We are seeking two experienced 
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Business Analyst in Agentic AI & Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) to support a leading bank's transformation from manual processes to intelligent automation.

The ideal candidates will have expertise in UiPath and strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts, with domain specialization in either:

  • Finance Operations
  • Corporate Banking

The SMEs will serve as trusted advisors to business units, ensuring automation solutions deliver measurable business value while adhering to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Advisory

  • Act as the bank's primary expert on agentic AI, RPA, and intelligent automation strategy.
  • Assess manual processes and identify high-value automation opportunities.
  • Advise business units on automation feasibility, ROI, and change management.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Partner with process owners to document workflows and convert them into automation-ready designs.
  • Lead agentic AI initiatives (autonomous agents, AI-driven orchestration, adaptive workflows, conversational AI, intelligent exception handling).
  • Ensure automation projects meet security, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Oversee deployment and scaling of automation solutions across business units.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise with IT, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to enable smooth adoption of automation.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance automation literacy.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center).
  • Proven experience with agentic AI concepts—autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning, adaptive workflows.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems, CRM, KYC/AML, payments, and contact center integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud and on-premise automation deployments.
  • Experience in secure bot credential management, logging, and monitoring.

Domain & Regulatory Knowledge

  • Banking/financial services background—ideally in finance operations or corporate banking.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, GDPR, PCI DSS, data residency).
  • Experience mapping banking processes into automation pipelines.
  • General Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technical automation solutions.
  • Analytical, structured, and outcome-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Business Automation Specialist (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in automation, AI, or process transformation, with at least 3 years in banking/financial services.
