Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and innovative
ITI graduates
who are passionate about renewable energy and solar power. As a
Solar Energy Engineer / Management Trainee
, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, project execution, operations, business development, and digital innovation. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world solar projects and an accelerated learning curve in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    solar PV system design
    , layout planning, and performance analysis for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar projects.
  • Support
    site surveys
    , feasibility studies, and preparation of technical reports and BOQs.
  • Work with project teams during
    installation, commissioning, testing, and O&M
    activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, EPC partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Analyze energy generation data, losses, and system performance using industry tools and software.
  • Contribute to
    R&D initiatives
    , innovation projects, and digital solar solutions.
  • Assist in documentation for
    government tenders, technical bids, and compliance requirements
    .
  • Support sustainability initiatives, quality control, and HSE practices at project sites.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong fundamentals in
    electrical engineering, energy systems, or mechanical concepts
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    solar PV technology, inverters, modules, BOS components
    , and grid connectivity.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in
    Excel, AutoCAD, PVsyst (preferred)
    or similar tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in team-based environments.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic field conditions.
  • Passion for clean energy, innovation, and problem-solving.
