Role Description

BOCS Pizza is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Head Waiter / Service Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in Madurai. In this leadership role, you will oversee the front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and supervise the service staff to maintain BOCS Pizza's service standards. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, training, service coordination, handling customer concerns, and supporting daily store operations. The role demands strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a hands-on approach to service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Service Supervisor, or similar role in a QSR or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to train, guide, and motivate service staff
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Experience with billing, POS systems, and cash handling
  • Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate with kitchen teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
