What You'll Do – Your Daily Harvest:

Supervise and assign daily tasks to farm workers

Ensure all crops, plants, and animals are healthy and well-cared for

Take charge of harvesting and pricing products for sale

Understand demand and help sell farm produce at fair prices

Suggest new ideas – from growing techniques to smart sales strategies

Maintain farm tools, schedules, and overall farm vibe

What We're Looking For:

Someone with a background in agriculture – either studies or work

Leadership and people-handling skills

Willing to get your hands dirty (literally)

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license

A heart full of passion for farming and a head full of fresh ideas
