Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Elite Manpower & Training Academy in Indore. This full-time role requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and enhancing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales management or related roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective client interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing industry trends and client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
