Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end training operations at our Edutech Academy. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in training development, delivery, and management—preferably in the education or technology sector. You will be responsible for designing training programs, managing trainers, evaluating learning outcomes, and continuously improving training content to enhance learner engagement and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs aligned with academic goals and industry standards
- Oversee daily operations of the training department, including scheduling, trainer management, and student support
- Manage a team of trainers, content developers, and support staff to ensure high-quality delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and update course content and materials
- Ensure all training content is aligned with curriculum guidelines, learner needs, and certification requirements
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to ensure high standards of teaching delivery
- Monitor student performance, engagement, and satisfaction and drive improvements
- Maintain training documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education technology, instructional design, and online learning methodologies
- Work closely with the product, academic, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, HR, Instructional Design, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in training or academic management, preferably in the edutech or e-learning industry
- Proven experience in managing training teams and delivering high-impact learning programs
- Strong understanding of instructional design, learning methodologies, and assessment techniques
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple training programs and meet deadlines
- Certification in training, L&D, or instructional design is a plus (e.g., CPTM, ATD, etc.)
Tools & Platforms (Preferred Experience):
- LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnDash, etc.)
- Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Content creation tools (Canva, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
