Role Summary

Skybound Wealth Management is building a performance marketing engine that can scale across regions, products and channels. We're looking for an SEO & AEO Performance Developer who sits at the intersection of development, search, and AI.

You'll be responsible for building and optimising Webflow pages and landing journeys that attract, convert, and retain high-intent prospects – not just for Google, but increasingly for AI engines (AEO) like ChatGPT and other LLM-powered assistants. This is not a generic "SEO executive" role: you'll be hands-on in Webflow, analytics, content, schema, and attribution, and you'll be expected to tie your work back to leads and revenue, not just rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & optimise performance-ready pages (Webflow)

2. Design, develop, and maintain SEO-optimised Webflow pages and landing pages for campaigns, core site structures, and content hubs.

3. Implement technical SEO best practices (site architecture, internal links, page speed, mobile responsiveness, canonicalization, redirects, indexation hygiene).

4. Collaborate with performance marketing on A/B tests (layouts, headlines, CTAs, forms) to maximise conversion rates.

5. Classic SEO with revenue attribution, not vanity metrics

6. Own on-page optimisation: keyword research, meta data, headings, internal linking, structured content, image optimisation.

7. Manage and interpret data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and key SEO tools to identify opportunities and issues.
8. Build a clear line of sight from organic sessions leads opportunities revenue, in partnership with performance marketing and CRM teams.

9. Create and maintain SEO roadmaps for priority regions, products, and personas.

10. AI Engine Optimization (AEO)

11. Develop a strategy for AEO (AI Engine Optimization): how Skybound appears and is referenced in LLM responses, answer engines and conversational search.

12. Structure content and pages to be LLM-friendly: FAQs, schema, entity-based content, clear answers to high-intent conversational queries.
13. Work with content and product marketing to design "AI-ready" content that directly answers the kinds of questions prospects ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.

14. Continuously test and document how AI tools surface Skybound and similar propositions, then loop those insights back into our content and site architecture.

15. Content collaboration & creation

16. Brief, edit, and occasionally write short-form and long-form content (landing copy, FAQs, pillar pages, comparison pages) with a focus on clarity, compliance, and conversion.

17. Translate technical/financial planning concepts into simple, search-friendly language without losing regulatory correctness or trust.

18. Ensure tone of voice and brand positioning are consistent across all SEO/AEO assets.

19. Data, tracking & reporting

20. Set up and manage event tracking and UTM hygiene for all SEO/AEO landing journeys.

21. Work with analytics/CRM teams to maintain dashboards that track:

o Organic traffic and rankings for key topics

o Lead volume and quality from organic & AI-led journeys

o Conversion rates by page / funnel stage

o Revenue attributed to organic & AI-led channels

• Produce clear, regular performance reports with insights and actions – not just data dumps.

• Cross-functional collaboration

• Partner closely with performance marketing, content, compliance, and product/tech to ensure all builds are realistic, compliant, and fast to deploy.

• Educate internal stakeholders on the difference between traditional SEO and AEO, and why both matter for Skybound's growth.
• Help create repeatable templates and best practices so the wider team can scale landing pages and content without starting from scratch each time.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in performance-driven environments (B2C/B2B services, financial services a strong plus).
• Clear examples of campaigns or pages where your SEO work contributed to revenue (e.g. uplift in qualified leads, reduction in CAC, improvement in organic pipeline).
• Practical Webflow development experience (must be able to build and modify landing pages end-to-end, not just brief a developer).
• Exposure to or active work on AI Engine Optimization (AEO) or similar (e.g. optimising for featured snippets, answer-box content, conversational queries, AI search / LLM answer engines).
